This home was the original house of our beloved “Granny”, Marilyn. Marilyn was a spunky, fun-loving woman from Montana who enjoyed Sun City’s charm and sense of community during her retirement years. Visiting her was always a great time with tons of activities available including biking the many asphalted trails, golfing 7 different Sun City Rec Center greens, swimming at 6 different Rec Center pools, hiking the Grand Canyon, attending football games at the Cardinals Stadium and College bowls, arts and craft fairs, and the list goes on and on. The Peoria Sports Complex is literally 2 miles away, home to MLB spring training. You are surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, salons, Spas, gyms, grocery stores and shopping to your heart’s content.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great House/Location

This house is so cute, clean and homey. This is our second stay there and I would recommend it to anyone. The beds are super comfy, the back yard with the fire pit is great for nights. It is right off of Bell Road and everything is on Bell!

Quiet Neighborhood, Awesome property

This rental is clean, tidy & the perfect size for 2-4 people. It's in a quiet, 55+ neighborhood. There was a minor issue with the TV, but the homeowner was helpful & prompt with advice to get it figured out. We were extremely happy during our visit.

Great attention to detail

The place is very clean and recently remodeled. It is stocked with everything you may need, dinnerware for 12. We stayed with our dog and there was even a bed and dishes for him. Outdoor furniture and bbq brand new, the oranges off the tree super juicy and delicious. I recommend it for a short or long stay.

Everything to Like About This Property

This property was immaculately clean, modernized and comfortably appointed. It is exactly as advertised and a little bit better.Occupancy has been updated tastefully, appliances are new, bedding and linens second to none. Kitchen is nicely equipped.A minor miscommunication on check-in was immediately rectified by a call to the host. Cheri then circled back twice to assure message was received and all was well.A place to stay. Highly recommended.
