Road Noise, but I slept OK.
Being right next to a busy road (Grand Avenue), there was a lot of road noise. Ear plugs were offered in the room, but they weren't comfortable to sleep with in my ears.

Supposedly Expedia tried to change my reservation because my little brothers wedding was cancelled. The manager there refused to do this. I will NEVER use Expedia or stay at a Quality Inn again. And the revoews i will be putting out I am pretty sure y'all arent going to like!

Not a bad place for the price you pay for sure. Would be nice if they turned down the pool temperature as the weather is getting warmer. Also, the room just didn’t look or feel like it was fully cleaned before we went in.

No elevators meant shlepping lunggage to second floor. Train, highway and emergency vehicle noice was an issue. But pool was excellent and breakfast fine.

Key cards didn’t work. Had to get one every night. Traffic noise was extremely loud. Housekeeping was rude and wouldn’t clean our room. Toilet ran all night. Continental breakfast was a joke. I will never stay here again.

At 6 am the garbage truck came a lot of noise and banging. The driver got out of cab and peed in the parking lot. There were bb holes in the front window, I hope they were bb and not from a gunshot. Many shady people walking around the streets. I paid much more for the room than other hotels I stayed at, did not feel as safe as other places I stayed. I would not recommend it to anyone and would not stay there again.
