The room I was assigned was beat up. Tears in the blinds, panels missing from the lower part of the head board, questionable stains on the couch/loveseat and carpet, scuff marks all over the walls. The housekeeper cleaned my room, but failed to make the bed. They threw the bedspread over the bed, but didn’t reorganize the loose sheets. When I came back from the baseball game, I saw a lump in the middle of the bed and was confused. I lifted the cover and saw it was the sheets crumbled into a ball. It reminded of adolescents. Showing your parents you made the bed, but just reorganizing the bedcover. When I went to check out in the morning the front desk associate was nowhere to be found. I called the main phone line numerous times with no answer, I went and looked at the main and back door to see if they were on a smoke break, but no luck. I then started to canvas the rest of the hotel and finally after 10 minutes they reappeared. I will be looking to stay somewhere else next year for spring training. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long, long, looong time.
Fantastic staff and management, very clean and sanitized.
The staff was very friendly at all times. Bed covers and carpet in my room was in poor condition. Trash left on the 4th floor exit area for two days. Breakfast was understandably limited due to the pandemic however it should be available at 6:00 like many hotels offer. Breakfast offering consisted of 1 mini muffin, 1 - 1.5" round breakfast sandwich, juice, coffee (no milk) Staff was friendly, professional, and caring. Front desk attendants were great. I cannot recommend this place to families or experienced travelers. I take into consideration that all hotels are doing their best during the pandemic, It seems this particular hotel was/is really limited. You get what you pay for.
It was very nice and quiet. The AC unit seemed to make me cough and feel congested, so I turned it off the 2nd night and I felt much better.
Friendly staff, great breakfast. Found the bed a little too soft (personal preference is harder)
This was a great experience. Friendly staff, very clean and conveniently located to food, shopping and entertainment.
Staff was very courteous and helpful. Morning breakfast had good variety. Orange juice that actually tasted like juice. Good coffee, and of course, the warm cinnamon rolls.
The issue was with house keeping. Only one out of the five days we spent there that we had house keeping services. One day we had to call the front desk and after that we just don’t even bother with it unless we needed something.
The property was tucked away from heavy traffic but conveniently located close to the 101 freeway, restaurants and shopping on Bell Road. There is nothing that I disliked about the property during my time there.
The staff was friendly and ready to help with anything! The parking sucked
The rooms are clean and so comfortable. The staff welcomes me back each time and are like friends to me. The breakfast is fantastic. The only thing is that the Cox television remote does not have a timer. I like to fall asleep with the tv and then the tv turns off.....no big deal though. Also, the building is situated next to a Cracker Barrel and a very efficient Shell gas station/car wash
We booked a king and received a queen. The hotel stayed that they fixed things, however, they had not addressed it at all.
