Everything was perfect, except for the WiFi, which was spotty at best.
Nice.
Clean and continuous fan blocks 101 noise.
Everything was great!
The room I was assigned was beat up. Tears in the blinds, panels missing from the lower part of the head board, questionable stains on the couch/loveseat and carpet, scuff marks all over the walls. The housekeeper cleaned my room, but failed to make the bed. They threw the bedspread over the bed, but didn’t reorganize the loose sheets. When I came back from the baseball game, I saw a lump in the middle of the bed and was confused. I lifted the cover and saw it was the sheets crumbled into a ball. It reminded of adolescents. Showing your parents you made the bed, but just reorganizing the bedcover. When I went to check out in the morning the front desk associate was nowhere to be found. I called the main phone line numerous times with no answer, I went and looked at the main and back door to see if they were on a smoke break, but no luck. I then started to canvas the rest of the hotel and finally after 10 minutes they reappeared. I will be looking to stay somewhere else next year for spring training. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long, long, looong time.
Fantastic staff and management, very clean and sanitized.
The staff was very friendly at all times. Bed covers and carpet in my room was in poor condition. Trash left on the 4th floor exit area for two days. Breakfast was understandably limited due to the pandemic however it should be available at 6:00 like many hotels offer. Breakfast offering consisted of 1 mini muffin, 1 - 1.5" round breakfast sandwich, juice, coffee (no milk) Staff was friendly, professional, and caring. Front desk attendants were great. I cannot recommend this place to families or experienced travelers. I take into consideration that all hotels are doing their best during the pandemic, It seems this particular hotel was/is really limited. You get what you pay for.
It was very nice and quiet. The AC unit seemed to make me cough and feel congested, so I turned it off the 2nd night and I felt much better.
Friendly staff, great breakfast. Found the bed a little too soft (personal preference is harder)
This was a great experience. Friendly staff, very clean and conveniently located to food, shopping and entertainment.
