Separate house (very private) fully furnished approximately 500 sq. ft showcasing one bedroom, one bath with walk-in shower; queen size luxury bed in common room with fireplace, TV, sofa, and kitchenette that contains sink, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), small refrigerator and toaster. It features a large walk-in closet. It is an ideal location for one or two persons. It is separated from other house by a walking bridge and has its own circular driveway and parking for two vehicles. This beautiful house is 4 miles from Carefree, AZ and 6 miles from Cave Creek, AZ. It is approximately 40 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
For entertainment, guests can enjoy TVs. Private pools, kitchenettes, and fireplaces are also standard. Change of towels is available on request.

This is one of the best VRBOs we have stayed in! It was very clean, comfortable, and they had anything you could need. The host was so welcoming and accommodating. This is a very nice place. It was very clean and had good amenities; nice sheets and towels and the bed was comfortable. The host checked with us to see if we needed anything, which we didn’t. The property is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. You can walk the neighborhood and enjoy the lovely desert landscaping. It’s an easy drive to restaurants and shops.

Perfect Cozy Getaway

The house was so nice and perfect for our 4 night stay. We loved the neighborhood and location. The hot tub under the stars was so relaxing. Our four-night stay was very comfortable. This is such a cozy set up, and being able to use the pool and spa was a great luxury! The bed and bedding were so comfortable and top quality. Having the Keurig coffee maker and microwave and mini fridge was nice, and the kitchenette was stocked with a few plates and silverware which was nice to take advantage of leftovers from meals out. Upon arrival there was bottled water in the fridge and some coffee pods to get us started. The shower was nice and I appreciated there was a blow dryer and flat iron, traveling in a carryon doesn't allow room for all the tools to be included. Tonia was a great host and great communicator. We would definitely stay here again and hope to again soon. If you're looking for quiet and relaxing this is the place! We loved the location and just a short drive into town. The neighborhood is lovely and we took multiple walks during our stay, and everyone was super friendly when we were out and about. This definitely ranks high on our VRBO experiences!

Exceptional guest house in a stunningly scenic location. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Beautifully furnished with comfortable bed, high quality linens. Casita perfect for Two!

We had a 5 night stay in this lovely casita. plenty of parking and privacy. nice big tv, fireplace, walk in closet and roomy bath. spacious patio and shared outdoor amenities with main house like hot tub and putting green. Communication with Tonia was easy and prompt. We will return.
