This was an amazing property to stay at for the group of family and friends that we had with us for our daughter's graduation. Dave was fantastic, always quick to respond to our messages and was ready to tackle any requests.The home was fantastic! 5 bedrooms, 3 with ensuite bathrooms plus another full hallway bathroom and a perfectly located bathroom next to the pool. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed the open concept having the dining and living areas right there. Wonderful game room which makes for great competition for those of us who think we still have it! The backyard is situated very nicely, pool was warm without needing to heat it and the hot tub was a great spot to hang after dinner. We didn't utilize the firepit area because it was so hot but I imagine it is great to sit around during those cooler nights. Having the outdoor TV was nice to have to play some music while we were in the pool.The one thing I will present as a con is there really isn't a whole lot of shade back there. There is a very nice gazeebo area but the amount of shade depends on where the sun is at that point of the day. There is one umbrella but given the number of lounge chairs it just didn't seem like enough, especially since we had grandparents with us that couldn't necessarily stay outside with the heat and minimal shade. A few triangle sun sails would be ideal to cover more seating areas. Even saying that, we would rent it again, it's that nice! Thank you Dave!
