Prior to your arrival, the home will be completely inspected to ensure everything is in immaculate condition. The home is meticulously maintained and furnished throughout with high-quality furnishings. Every detail of the home and outdoor area has been planned with your comfort in mind.

You will receive a unique security code before arrival that will allow you key-less entry into the property using our video smart lock.

Pool heat (offered October thru May) is a separate charge and is applied to the entire stay. The charge for heating the pool is $150 per night. This is paid after the reservation is made and if desired is elected on the required rental contract.

We do have members of our team who may visit the property during your stay. They include landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits cannot be rescheduled or delayed and are required to properly maintain the property.

When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID and your email address so we can send you our required rental contract.

-A credit card (authorization) is processed through our payment provider prior to your stay. Your card will not actually be charged unless there are noise violation fines incurred during your stay. A standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels.
- You must be a minimum of 30 years old to book this property
- Standard occupancy is limited to 16 guests - each additional guest up to maximum occupancy of 17 guests is $150 more per person per night
- A Eufy SmartLock doorbell camera is installed on the front door to monitor occupancy and for emergency situations. There are 3 front facing exterior security cameras placed to monitor the exterior side access gates, driveways and front of residence.
- This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.
- The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise.
-Guests agree to comply with the City of Scottsdale laws regarding short-term rentals.
