Wrong door code provided by the host. Took almost an hour in the dark to get in. The interior of the home was clean however the back yard had construction debris behind the outside bedroom. The garbage area was littered with packing materials and an old Tv. The kitchen lacked silverware for the advertised 10 person capacity. The overall condition outside showed lack of maintenance. While it did not impact our stay, the toilet in the master bedroom has a leak in the flush valve causing the toilet to refill approximately every 15 minutes.

The house could have been cleaner and it definitely needs some repairs. Missing handle on kitchen drawer, towel bar broken from the wall. Some small, attention-to-detail things need updating.

Overall - I would stay here again and recommend it to large groups. There is a little TLC that could make the space truly great! The kitchen is large and functional but was randomly stocked and poor quality. Nothing matched in the kitchen (wooden forks and random silver forks to complete a set). There were no hot pads, and mismatch plastic plates. We are a cooking family, and it was a little disappointing compared to other VRBOs we’ve stayed at. The bathrooms were lacking towel racks (holes in the wall where they used to be?). They supplied cheap thin towels. One of the bathrooms didn’t have a shower curtain - just a liner. Overall the bathrooms could use a little TLC.

We never received check in or check out instructions. The heat in the house didn’t work. The hot water didn’t work at the beginning of our stay. There was dog poop in the backyard. The amount of space was great.

Excellent property. Very comfortable, spacious, and the location was central to everything we wanted to do. We were there for a guys trip and all 5 of us slept comfortably. We barbequed one early evening and the kitchen had everything we needed, even spices. The wifi was fast, there was live TV for sports, plenty of towels. I guess the only complaint was that the ironing board was broken. That's really the only thing that I can think of. A to the property and owner for fast communication. We would stay again if we had the opportunity.

Great place

Came here for a bachelorette trip and we all enjoyed the house! Outside was so cute and great for pictures. The house was close to everything we did on the trip. Overall great experience! Would definitely come back again

Loved the property, location and communication with the host. The kitchen needs a few more utensils if you’re info preparing your own meals like we did. But honestly the best location for our stay and I can’t speak highly enough of how well the communication was with the host
