Kierland Greens has everything you could want on vacation. This particular condo had all of the "must have" amenities, and I thought their bedding was above average. Very comfortable. It also had a comfortable couch and throws, so movie time was super comfy.
The only negative I can say is that at the end of reserving this property, you are given a choice between paying an additional $75 for a NON-refundable security deposit, or $3,000 for a refundable security deposit. Since I am not one to spend additional money because I know I will take care of the property, I opted for the REFUNDABLE deposit. I was shocked by the excessive amount AND they actually charged my card that amount, not just held it - as is the norm. I have stayed at many VRBOs and have never had to pay more than a $500 REFUNDABLE security deposit- and even then it was just held to my card, not charged. I would suggest if this renter wanted to feel secure, they should just automatically bake in the $75 non-refundable security cost in the upfront price, so the customer doesn't feel taken advantage of at the end of the transaction, and can then also compare "apples to apples" pricing to other locations.
