When i arrived , i asked if it was possible to clean the room because under the bed was really dirty and the receptionist tolf me yes don't worry it will be clean by tomorrow . Finally nothing change . I had only one roll of toilet paper and the bath was horribly used .

Terrible place to stay! Staff is discriminatory! Place is filthy with roaches all over, homeless everywhere! Very unsafe, security guard is gung-ho, pulled his mace out and threatened to use it! Bathtub fixture was broken, I asked to fix…took 3 days and maintenance just walked in without knocking! I had to call police due to the constant knocking on my door to do a security check to make sure the room is safe!! (SERIOUSLY) They would not provide a do not disturb sign! DI NOT STAY HERE!!!! The worst place in the world! Caucasian manger is unruly, the mexican workers are very unpleasant/unprofessional yelling and screaming and I couldn’t understand a word! Corporate needs to be contacted as well as the health dept! Smells of human urine and excrement all around the motel! Totally disgusting! NEVER STAY HERE, ENTIRE STAFF IS AWEFUL! You’ve been warned! Very unsanitary and the homeless population and trash all around the motel is nasty and unsafe!
Had to go to my car and grab these to use the shower!
Couldn’t even sit in this filthy chair!!

The Objective Is A Good Rest

The property was much better than expected. Seeing security on the property was very good. Young lady and child screaming and crying 2:30-3am was horrible. When this noise finally subsided, unable to get to sleep since person on other side tv up too loud. This was a total waste of money, unable to accomplish anything planned because of inability to sleep the previous night.

I need a full refund of every cent spent at this location due to the unsafe environment and the threatening nature of the unmarked and armed security personnel there.. the presence of drugs and gun fire made it an unsafe and not pleasant place to stay not to mention the photos on reviews DO NOT MATCH what they are like in the actual hotel rooms... floors were entirely filthy they refused to restock toiletries ie toilet paper and towels lied about a swimming pool bed was stained floors stained our feet while walking around bed was dangerously uncomfortable and the constant arrival and departure of "ladies of the night" to and from hotel rooms not to mention having a gun drawn on my partner from an unknown male suspect and then the security trying to remove the local PD because they are afraid of them because we called them due to gun shots and the presences of drugs on the grounds.. I WANT TO MAKE THIS CLEAR I HAVE CALLED THE POLICE ABOUT THIS AND FILED A REPORT ABOUT THE CONDUCT OF YOUR STAFF AND SECURITY ON THAT LOCATION GROUNDS.... I WANT A FULL REFUND ASAP

Ill sleep on a bus bench. Paid 13 days. The staff and their "friends" will lie to make you leave and keep ALL your $. They do this purposely. I was asleep when they claimed I made noise enough to kick me out. It was 3am and claimed their friends wouldn't lie. Its a scam. Expedia should be ashamed ro even be associated but thats not the world we live in. Totally random and absolute liars. Without question. My stay was like the Twilight Zone. Just pay them and never bother moving in, basically because it's their plan to just get paid but you still be on the street. A$£H¤LES!! . OFG.
