Both front desk staff that I spoke to (around 2-2:30pm and 6pm) were very pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and more than I expected with its larger sized fridge and kitchen utensils. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay on a budget. Close to downtown. Top notch customer service, I needed help with transportation and the front desk went out of their way to make sure I got where I needed to be and always had hot coffee in the lobby…that’s huge in my world!

Absolutely terrible. I booked late at night, drove forty minutes on night highways to get there, and as we’re pulling in the parking lot, i get a phone call that expedia overbooked the hotel. My gf and i had just left a friends who had offered us an air mattress. This was a terrible experience, and i think everyone involved was un sympathetic and like “oh well, i understand how you feel, but you know…” Pathetic and bad bad work/customer experience. I really have every inclination to stick to airbnb..
