Comfort Suites Old Town Scottsdale

We loved the location to Old Town, we could walk to many places.

Loud, unfinished remodeling, paint odor messy hallways. Place to crash after hitting old town bars. Disappointing

We were very pleased with the room, overall. The chair was very stained, but we didn't sit in it. It was very clean and roomy, and the bed was very comfortable. The only real complaint we had is the air conditioning. It just had one of those window units that are very common in motels, but it wholly inadequate for the HOT Arizona weather! We set it at 68 degrees when we went to bed and we were very warm all night. The thermostat is on the unit, and I'm sure it was 68 degrees right in front of the unit, but it was warm every where else. And the bathroom was very warm!!

Super nice staff. Took care of burned out light immediately. Great pool, great food, great location. Would look forward to another stay at this super facility next time we go to Scottsdale.

We stayed at comfort suites with our 19 month old son. The breakfasts were great; serving everything from fresh waffles, fruit, eggs, cereal, etc. The rooms were nice and big but they were somewhat outdated, the bed was very comfortable and it was nice having a fridge. The indoor pool was nice as well, it was very warm which was nice for the little one. The location was nice as it was close to the Phoenix zoo, old downtown Scottsdale, Popago park, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

my stay at the comfort inn was very pleasant, the staff was friendly and knew the area well to suggest places to eat and shop. Breakfast was a little challenging since the meats they offered was all pork products when one does not eat pork, but other choices helped out. the room was cleaned everyday and was spot on and pleasnt smelling. This stay ranks up there with my other stays in Providence.

The hotel is centrally located for visiting two or three dozen art galleries in Scottsdale. A half hour drive takes you to the galleries and art museums in Phoenix and Tempe. A couple of hours drive takes you to the beautiful red rock city of Sedona with its dozen or more fine art galleries. We think the hotel's two star rating is too low compared to the other Choice Hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are larger and more comfortable.

I really loved the hot tub and heated swimming pool! The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful with every question or need.

Easy check in with a pleasant staff. Very good location in the Old Scottsdale area. Good access to the Scottsdale entertainment. Nice breakfast included with the hotel fee. Comfortable bed and very clean bathroom.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful from checking in to checking out.
