The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I needed to change rooms because of a loud wind storm and the maintenance man and front desk were extremely responsive and accommodating. The next morning I realized I left an item in the original room and within minutes the front desk brought it to me. Hotel is clean. Location is great - right off the 101 and near many amenities and restaurants. Last, but not least, the breakfast was really good - way better than average.
