Gave us the wrong room and both elevators quit working, so that was fun. The first one didn't work at check in. Went to dinner and came back to find neither worked. The front desk guys didn't seem to care either. They just said the stairs are outside. Yeah, behind locked and unaccessible exit only doors. How is that helpful? I can only imagine the lawsuit if someone incapable of climbing stairs came in and was told they couldn't access they're room or belongings and had been given the same kind of indifferent attitude shown everyone we witnessed that evening.
