Please note we were very busy this trip and did not have an opportunity to use the facility amenities including the pool. Our review is specific to the room/apartment. Arrival instructions were lacking any info about the need to use the elevator even if you have a ground floor room. Very confusing upon arrival. In the listing was a photo of complimentary waters and snacks, but there were none in our room. Not enough towels in the bathroom, no towels in the kitchen, no Kleenex. Awoke by a leaf blower near the patio door at 6:45am one morning. Upstairs neighbor noises were only mildly annoying. Bed is very, very firm, not to our liking. The cover for the microwave fan was missing. The description of the garbage drop-off location was inadequate. Had to ask someone else onsite. However, communication overall was adequate, apartment was clean and in a quiet area overall. There are a couple places to get beer, spirits and food within easy walking distance. A few easy-to-fix deficiencies in the apartment and a bit better communication will make this a more inviting place to stay.
