The hotel itself is average. Location is close to Old Town but you still need a car to get to the heart of it. The room was a bit run down and the AC above our head was extremely loud- we tried to turn it off and open the window but it’s just as loud from the busy street the hotel is on, next to the highway. The bed was super comfortable, up to Marriott’s standards. The bathroom design was flawed with barely any room and no shelving to put our toiletry bags. We did like that the toilet was separate from the sink. Service was great. In terms of service, we only dealt with the front desk who was responsive and professional. Our room was not serviced on a 2-night stay which has become the new normal. Breakfast was available for a fee so we favored another breakfast spot downtown that sounded more appealing. Overall, although forgettable, it was a decent stay.

The room had a funky smell, but we got used to it. The morning after the 1st night, before I left for the day's activities, I asked the hotel receptionist for the linens to be changed and fresh towels since we'd have different people staying in the room the 2nd night. Came back 8pm and the linens had not been changed, so someone had to come up and change them for us and bring new towels. Otherwise, the stay was great. Staff was pleasant. Loved the hot tub - clean and hot!

Staff doesn't like to be interrupted. Breakfast closes early when they feel like it. Breakfast is actually a Starbucks. Do not buy breakfast ahead of time. No food or drinks until 5pm. Won't stay here again.
