Very nice property. Could use king bed in bedroom with a bathroom, not the master. Dressers or suitcase holders would be welcome additions. Self-closing toilet lids would also be useful.

Beautiful house in perfect location!

We stayed at this property for a week in February and it was absolutely perfect for our week in Phoenix. The check in process was seamless and house looks exactly like the pictures! The house was a perfect size for our party of 6 but easily could fit more if needed. It was in an excellent location and very close to many shopping centers, trails, events, etc. The entire house was EXTREMELY clean and stocked with essentials like toiletries, towels, etc. The host also was extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. Check out was extremely simple as well! I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Phoenix.

Nice family space

Great open space for family. Hosted Thanksgiving dinner and it was perfect for that. Living space is so open and clean. Only minor issue with pool heater. Otherwise perfect stay. Great location as well.very nice neighborhood. Easy checkin and willingness to let us get in early.

Beautiful Home,

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The layout was great for our group with separate sleeping accommodations and a beautiful, large great room and kitchen. Next time I would ask to have the pool heat turned on by the property management as we were unable to figure that out.

Easter Getaway

It was a great trip. The home was roomy and accommodated our young adult children with most of the comforts of home. We enjoyed the patio, yet the pool water was still to cold for swimming. The adjacencies to airport, downtown Scottsdale, shopping, and hiking was good.

Phoenix getaway

This is a lovely new home. Large and airy great room. We enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was with getting check in and out information. I had problems with using vrbo.

Brand New Build... High-End Finishes, GREAT Find!

Needed an open floor plan that could both accommodate business meetings as well as provide comfortable sleeping quarters for 4 executives. The property was ideal. Everything was new, high-end, and the owners were both responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Will stay again and give it a 5-star rating!

Nice place

House is great. Backyard is a mess. Couches are uncomfortable, no trash cans in bathrooms,tv wiring is hanging out , stools at bar to high. Place is new and will be great when owners get it dialed in. Owners are very responsive. Would stay here again.
