We had an issue with our first room and Elijah, the night auditor at the front desk, was so very helpful. He helped us out and moved us to another room, without an upgrade charge. He was very customer friendly.

The room was clean as can possibly be. Although, the hotel is in the retro aspect. Old fashion with the rooms. Need to upgrade with technology. Usb cable outlets. Pillows were very firm. Other Best Westerns have "down" in their pillows. No walk in shower for ADA accessible. Even though we did mention that before booking. Located in the most weird place behind other businesses and hotels.

I was charged twice and the staff member checking us in had no idea what to do. He wasn’t very helpful or knowledgeable. The pool wasn’t open, the breakfast was very limited. Would not stay again.
