My room was so cramped...there was very little room to walk around the bed. The bathroom door needed to be maneuvered in order to use the sink or shower. Upon check-in, I had one bath tower for two guests...had to walk to front desk for additional towels. Found the desk unattended at 9:30 pm and waited 15 minutes for clerk to return in order to charge snacks to the room. Not my best Sheraton experience.

The lady at check in was very busy but it didnt interfere with her being pleasant. She smiled and welcomed everyone that came in the door. She gave me number i needed for parking company that wasn't part of the hotel. Excellent customer service.

The staff was gracious, and quick check in. The facility was fine, but the food prices were quite high. My real grip is the mattress....it was very worn, you sink in when you get in the bed...could not sleep and work up with back pain. I am a side sleeper, horrible.

Nothing around the hotel. Saw nothing on page about no parking at hotel and would have to pay. Said nothing about being in the middle of china town with no stores/ bars/ restaraunts near by. Was dissapointed with the choice.

It was an excellent experience. While there is no parking lot on-site, there is a large parking lot right in front, which is quite convenient to use. The price is $48 per day, but considering the cost of living in Philadelphia, it seems reasonable. Since I was staying with my family, we were assigned a corner room, which made our stay very comfortable. I would love to visit again.

Hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. Only negative was the lack of hot water. It took 15 minutes for the shower to even get to lukewarm water temperature and never got much hotter.
