The rooms were nice and clean. It's a great area close to many cool spots. Easy to get around whether you walk, drive, Uber or bus. The service was great and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located for access to shopping, dining and transportation. The bed was comfortable. The check in was hectic, one person was working. I don't know why pre check in was offered if the inconvenience of waiting is still necessary. The room (King bed) was small with little hardly any space between the foot of the bed and the chair under the desk. The chair needs to be replaced because it's very warm. There were no shelves in the shower for soap; no bar on the shower door for my towel; the shower head was non detachable with one setting. And, the HVAC system is disturbingly loud when engaged.
