When we pulled up to this hotel we automatically felt uncomfortable. The picture of the hotel online isn’t the actual hotel. You have to drive around the side of the building to get to the hotel office. The doors to a lot of the rooms were open so we could see the rooms. They are not in very good condition. We didn’t stay there that’s how sketchy it was. I would not recommend this place!

They advertise that the room has a jacuzzi when it’s just a large bathtub. The room was not very clean, the floors were slick and they don’t provide more than 2 towels.

Overall, the stay was ok. No major problems, but the mattress was awful. My wife and I were in town for a convention, but we cut out the last day of the trip to head home because neither of us could sleep well on the mattress and were both in pain. The room itself was fairly bare bones for being "the dream suite." No table or space to sit and eat comfortably. There was also a hole in the drywall we didn't notice until after the staff had left for the night. I reported it on check-out and am hoping we don't get blamed for it. If you don't have back issues, it's not a bad place to stay.

Very crappy neighborhood. Motel is very dated. Website is very misleading. Parking poor! Toilet, leaked at the Bowl every time you flush it. Not enough towels.. very one ply toilet tissue. Nothing good to say about this place.

Our room was a disaster when we were put into it later than expected. The door was broken, our keys wouldn’t work on it because of some faulty system with the digital keys, the bed was smaller than advertised, the mattress was plastic and caved in, the coffee maker was filthy, they had zero accountability nor accommodation for lack of pillows/towels, the towels were cheap and left residue everywhere, the phone to the front desk was unplugged and broken. Many things were horribly wrong with this place, and I would not recommend staying.

The room was ok. Nothing special really about it. Asked for extra towels and pillows but they said they did not have any extras. The room is billed with a hot tub, saw a comment saying it was just a whirlpool tub, but we just had a basic bathtub. That was the biggest let down since that was the selling factor for this room for me.

The pictures do not show the actual hotel that is in the back the hotel itself is actually pretty run down. The beds were very uncomfortable and housekeeping doesn’t use wet floor signs. I slips coming in and leaving.
