The refurbish is great. Very modern style, looks light and clean. The reception "desk" looks great, the staff are no longer hiding from the guests. (the staff may have some concerns with their safety) The room was also very well done, not cluttered so looked clean. I also liked the chairs. We have stayed at this location many times, more enjoyable this time. We did not have breakfast

Generally, the service is good, the receptionists are vety help but if 2 more things can be improved, that will be excellent. 1. Communication between the reception and restaurant. As my package includes a breakfast buffet for 2, and well acknowledge by the receptionist upon my check but my name is not on the restaurant list in the morning. 2.The location of the car park. There are 2 carpark near the hotel and if there is some info to direct me to hotel off-site/ on-site car park, it will be perfect.

Rooms are small but serviceable. Location is great, close to the CBD and plenty of shopping and dining options, and also close to public transportation. Shower plumbing is a bit iffy with alternating hot/cold water depending on whether someone else is flushing. Overall, good value and I would stay here again.
