Take in the absolutely stunning sunrises! Outdoors and indoor activities are endless to enjoy with your family or friends. Our home is very well maintained, comfortable and relaxing!

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 3 Season Porch, Kitchen, Living Room, and outdoor living will be perfect for our family getaway or a girl's trip.

This is an absolutely awesome location for not only a summer paradise trip but a winter getaway for a girl's weekend, guy's outing or for family fun! You and your group will love Perham and the surrounding area Summer, Fall, Winter or Spring! Some of our favorites are Gathering Grounds for coffee, breakfast, or brunch. Shopping Perham's downtown. Dinner and drinks at the Brew. Zorbaz for the Best Pizza! Unique dinner experience at the 1894 Church. Drinks at the Big Pine Lodge and live music. And our favorite for an upscale dinner...Spanky's!

Annual family lake gathering

One of the best stays we've had. Well-stocked with everything we needed...the only exception would be grilling utensils but we made due without problem. Comfortable space for 11 of us whether to be all in the kitchen/living great room or on the 3 season porch taking in the view. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much, Kari!

This place was very nice the only thing I can complain about is it said it slept 12 and there was only 6 or 7 beds and it was a guys weekend lol so there wasn’t enough beds for everyone but it worked out very nice place would recommend for sure
