The house was beautiful and located perfectly on the beach. There is only a few houses together in this location, so it was like being on a private beach. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home with everything we needed to cook and relax. Loved the pool and short walk to the beach with included beach chairs and umbrella. Perfect vacation. We will come back next Summer.

Beautiful property!

The house and property is beautiful! My husband and I, our three adult children and their spouses, and my 6 grandchildren spent a wonderful week in this house! It is three levels with the main living/gathering area on the third floor. The elevator made this no problem! There are close restaurants and shopping to this house. The private beach made the time on the beach very peaceful! The path to the beach is covered with a woven mat for most of the way. Our number was 14. The house says that 16 is the limit but that would include two on a pull out sofa and two trundle beds in the 4 bunk bed room. We ended up with 4 in the bunk bed room and one on the pull out sofa. It wouldn’t have worked to have 6 kids in one room. The pool is 10’x20’ and adult chest deep. Very pretty but I never used it. The eating area on the third floor is a table that seats 7 and 8 stools at the counter. If you need to cook something like shrimp for a large group, you may need to bring a larger pot than what is provided. The kitchen is otherwise stocked pretty well. My only change I would ask is for a better vacuum that picks up sand well - something unavoidable at the beach. The house comes with a set of rental beach umbrella and two chairs set up each day. We added to the number for convenience. It was very nice to just walk to the beach and have them set up. Any issues we had were quickly addressed by the realty company that manages the property. My family and I enjoyed our stay here!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is perfect for our family. Very spacious and decorated nicely.We wished they had it stocked with more barstuff like shakers and martini glasses. We also would’ve liked if they had furniture down on the ground level like the neighboring houses did.

Located perfectly

Wonderful house and location a plus. Only issue was the elevator was not in use and we had a handicapped person on the top level. I contacted the rental company and they told us it was only there for the owners. I read reviews that it was used in the past and honestly would have found another rental had i known. This definitely created a hardship for us but they would not budge. Few other little things like garage door was manual on one side and grill tank empty. The pool was nice and super warm which was a plus. Beautiful place if you dont need elevator.

The listing indicated there was a functioning elevator in this theee story beach house. It was very disappointing to find it is only operational for the owners use. I would not rent this property again as the kitchen is on the top floor and stairs make it difficult.

Perdido Key Spring Break 2024

The property was top notch and the responsiveness of the property management company was excellent. We had a couple of small inconveniences for which we had to contact the property manager. They were extremely responsive and helpful, then followed up to ensure the matters were addressed appropriately. 5 stars for this property and the team managing it! One addition I would add to the listing - there’s an elevator! Maybe I completely missed this in the listing but it was a great surprise as we had some in our group that utilized this feature daily.

Family Thanksgiving trip

We enjoyed our stay and loved the house. It was large enough for our entire family and in a great location. We did think the 9:00 am check out time was rather early especially since we could not get in the unit until 4:00 pm on the day our time there began.

Alarm

Our alarm went off around lunch time.I tried to reach someone but didn’t have a specific call number! Left messages on different property numbers.Finally looked up a local property office and reported the alarm.No one came to tun it off! It was extremely loud and we couldn’t stay in the house all day.Finally my husband was able to find the alarm system and disconnect a wire!!! If he wouldn’t been able to disconnect there was no way we could’ve slept there that night. Property manager showed up mid day the next day.But it was already disconnected! For what we payed to stay there this is unacceptable there should of been a code to deactivate the alarm. We had Oven and dishwasher issues.Overall we liked the house and location.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This was the perfect home for our family with grown children and grandchildren. It’s very spacious and everyone could spread out. Not to mention decorated beautifully. Easy access to the beach and being able to see and hear the beach from the private pool or the balconies was priceless. We barely left to go out to diner because we enjoyed grilling in the outdoor kitchen and playing games (which were provided) at the house. We can’t wait to return next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Family Vacay!

Great location and property. Beautiful kitchen but limited pots -3 small, medium, large. Did have a few skillets/cookie sheets. Was told to bring what we needed to cook - but what if you are flying? Elevator in the unit but was told could be only used by owner. Therefore you had to carry groceries, pots, beverages etc up two flights of stairs. Having the extra seating on the top level was a plus. Otherwise you would have only had picnic table - not real comfortable when you want to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Need new fitted sheets on upper Master bed. If you moved slightly they would come off. Was told twice before we arrived that chairs/umbrella were not included in the rental , therefore I contacted the chair rental company directly, but on the first day there was informed the unit did come with 4 chairs and two umbrellas. Someone in office does not have correct information. Met the property manager - extremely nice and receptive to my concerns from above. We also had an issue with the dryer and he had someone come out to fix it. Overall my family enjoyed our stay and would love to come back sometime in the future!!

Great place. Needs a few more large pots in the kitchen and a keurig. Also a couple of dish towels not just one. Remove the availability to heat the pool from listing. We were bummed it wasn’t available. Beautiful place!!!
