The place is basically a crack house. I looked around, didn’t check in, rebooked direct at another place, and took the loss on my nonrefundable reservation. Never booking thru Orbitz again!

If you are checking in at night, the lobby is locked and check in is through a cashier window. You ring the bell for 15 minutes until a lady in pajamas decides to answer. She will then spend another 30 minutes figuring out how to check you in, disappearing and leaving you outside for that time in a dark and sketchy area of Pensacola without any updates. In my situation, the printer seemed to have been broken which prompted her to call a supervisor(maybe?) which was another lady that was in pajamas and living at this hotel. She waited at the same window as us, without ever saying a word or acknowledging us knowing exactly that we were the guests she was being called for as there was no one else there. After this ordeal and about 45 mins after waiting at this window, we are given our room key. As soon as you enter, you realize that this place has been around for atleast 30 years without any renovations and pretty severe signs of deterioration. The hallways are dirty, filled with the smell of marijuana, music, and screaming in several rooms. Hoping to get some rest, we enter our room to find that it was already taken and we were greeted by a naked guest smoking marijuana in this room. We ran out and confronted the hotel employee that checked us in regarding this situation. Her response? “Oh.” She could not be bothered to apologize or offer an alternative solution to this traumatizing situation. I got in my car and left as fast I could. Staying here is dangerous and disturbing.

Condition of property was shocking. Cleanliness of room was shocking. We did not sleep in this facility upon inspection.

I walked in and walked out! The property need some serious renovation the was nothing but water damage and MOLD everywhere!!! The area did not seem to be the safest as well as I literally watched a drug deal go down. This is definitely the local dump motel!!! Don’t be fooled- pay a few dollars more for overall safety and cleanliness.

The property looked run down. Qst floor was under construction hallways nasty. Bed linens had cigarette burns. Took 4 phone calls to get someone to fix the tv. Had no bucket to get ice. No iron but had ironing board with no padding. Bath linens were stained. Shower barely drained. Half the light fixtures didn't work.

Firs the pool was green regardless of the corono virus situation the groups still be inviting and presentable. There wasn't any toilet paper in the bathroom no napkins, soap, or tolietries.

Costomers service was poor I checked in around 9 pm doors was locked no towel unavailable will not stay again

That it had a bar and comfortable beds breakfast and venting machine

This property has improved vastly and seems to be still working on improving. The room was very nice especially for the price.

Roaches! One as we were walking into the building and then more when we got in the room. It’s an old building and inexpensive. Rooms were redone. Bathroom tub needs to be redone and the timed lights are annoying. We arrived at 2am after a 10 hour drive so we stayed. You get what you pay for, but I didn’t pay for roaches!

I immediately knew that the property was not habitable. Most of the lower level rooms' windows were covered up from the inside with what appeared to be plastic. There was an ambulance on the property and was putting someone into the ambulance. I drove around the community to find another hotel but it was very obvious that the hotels are now extended stay facilities and are in very poor condition including this Clarion hotel. I ended up staying at a Hilton 8 miles away from this Clarion.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Due to their computer system having issues at my time of check in, they offered me complimentary refreshment. The hotel is undergoing/completing renovations, but the room I stayed in was immaculate.

Friendly staff tried there best to accommodate. Room was clean and up to date. No bed bugs roaches or any other bugs which was my main concern. Breakfast ran out quick only orange juice on the first day. After that just milk I don’t drink coffee. Could have fresh fruit or boiled eggs for a better variety. The pool had a lot of algae so grateful That we could go to beach but pool should be cleaned more often and was one of the reasons we booked to bad we could not use. Had a dollar general and grocery nearby so we just stocked up there. No forks for waffles at breakfast as well after day one. No fridge in room. But again room clean ac worked water for hot so everything was ok.

NEVER NEVER go there!!!! People have been killed on this strip and human trafficking!! The hotel was disgusting!!!
