This ‘Inn’ is very janky. There’s a gap around the entire door, the furniture is not nice at all, the fridge knocked for hours until I unplugged it, the walls are thin (I know this because the room next door had their TV blaring until 1am) & the bed was VERY uncomfortable. The front desk guy was nice but that’s the most positive thing I can share about this place. I def would not stay here again.

The check in was quick and easy. I only was in contact with one staff member, but he was gracious and remembered me when I went into the office to check out. Because I was driving an oversized vehicle which was "new" to me, I did find maneuvering in the parking lot a little difficult, but with careful maneuvering, there were enough spaces to position the vehicle safely without interfering with other visitors.

Had a long drive from Arkansas to payson Arizona so we needed a comfy place to our heads for the night before the next drive in the morning and payson inn was just perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to payson AZ

I can only review room 108 and it was all terrible except the bed was comfortable. However after looking to see what kind of the bed it was, we discovered horrrrrrrific red stains under the layers we had just slept on. Our fault for not checking beforehand but we wouldn’t have stayed there if I noticed this. $100 or less per night hotel rooms just aren’t what they used to be. They should BURN this bed and deeply clean room 108 in the corner. The stains were quite gut wrenching but we survived.
Discovered these stains under the bed sheets after looking for a brand tag
