This Farm Style Home is centered on 9 acres of beautiful land with a view of rolling hills and neighboring wineries. Nearest wine tasting room is a short 5 mins walk. This great location is a short drive to downtown Paso Robles. Relax with the whole family, friends or host a retreat at this peaceful place. The peace and quiet of this location is an ideal get-away from the city hustle bustle. Recently renovated and redesigned with all brand new furniture.
The space
The house is 2,100 sq ft and consists of four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, large kitchen and living room, attached garage that serves as a game room.

Bedroom 1: This is the master bedroom. It has a king sized bed, its own bathroom, closet with hangers, bathtub, stand up shower, remote controlled lights for ease and convenience, and direct access to the car

Bedroom 2: This bedroom has 1 queen sized bed, attached closet with hangers, and remote controlled fan & light. This bedroom shares a hallway bathroom with Room 3 and Room 4.

Bedroom 3: This room has a twin size bunk bed over queen bed, attached closet with hangers and window with a view of the surrounding vineyard. It shares the hallway bathroom with Room 2.

Bedroom 4: This room has 3 twin beds separated by small nightstands (can be combined if needed), an attached closet with hangers.

Garage: (Additional Fee): The games include Shuffleboard, Air Hockey, Ping Pong Table and Piano. There is an additional charge of $50 per day to use this room. Please reach out to us if you would like to utilize this room!
Guest access
Upon booking, guests have access to the entire main house, front yard and back yard. Guests can walk the entire property of approximately 9 acres.
Other things to note
Please note the home is located on farmland.

Following Health & Safety points to consider:
1. There are security cameras/audio recording devices in the front and back of the home for security of the guests.
2. The property is not fenced nor cultivated at this time. Therefore children are not recommended to walk unsupervised.
