Beautiful property. Lovely service at the front desk and valet. Loved the alpacas, and the groundsman who brought us alfalfa to hand-feed them. Look forward to returning.

We checked in and the front desk person named Scott was not accommodating at all. Asked us in a very uninviting manner if we just booked the reservation. We felt unwelcome and not treated as guests but instead like we were a bother. We felt humiliated. Definitely Not worth the money we spent and would like to see a credit for the trouble. Would not recommend to friends and family.

It is my 2nd time to stay here. We like here so far since this resort has some options inside which we don’t have to go anywhere. Their wines are not awesome, but they are okay. We have so many choices of wines in here, it is not necessary to try them in here. The restaurant is pretty good! It is better to make a reservation. The room is so nice, clean l, quiet, nice comfy beds! We will come back here!

Hotel is always decorative with art and statues, but for Christmas the building and grounds was as festive as the North Pole. Christmas carolers greeting you as you enter, Christmas crafting and art marketplace, and the staff was full of cheer.
