It is a beautiful hotel, the staff is amazing but for the prize I expected a lot more. The vineyard was closed and that is the main appealing of this hotel, it has a very simple pool. Bar and restaurants close early. I asked about the Expedia VIP benefits but they told me they didn’t have that; the front desk lady look like she didn’t what I was talking about and went to look for a manager to ask…

This is my to go place when staying in Paso from now on. The most important to try is the Star Garden Trail. It’s like a treasure hunt of finding the 12 zodiac signs and the paths that lead to the zodiacs. Love their wines in the tasting room as well. The grounds are beautiful and the art is excellent. Rooms are clean and the person serving our food was very nice. On my last stay I had the massage in the Spa was excellent. On the second stay, it wasn’t as great. I noticed the masseuse massaged my head more times than usual and towards the end the pressure was lighter. I didn’t leave a tip as I was charged the gratuity automatically towards my bill. That was a disappointment. Overall I will be staying at Allegretto from now on.
