A gem of a place

What a great find! I've definitely spent more for a lot less. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, with fresh baked goods and other treats. The room felt clean and fresh with plenty of amenities. Little decorative touches around the property added to the ambiance of what could have easily looked like a basic Motel 6 if not for the obvious care of the owners. We were just passing through for the night, but I would definitely stay here again if I were visting the area.

My only real suggestion would be to replace the antiquated toilets, they're literally sized for preschoolers and the sinks are too. Both can use replacement

Room was to be non smoking. Felt they worked on getting the smoke smell out of the room, but didn't quite get there. The air conditioner was on the noisy side and went on strong and then off, rather that stay on low and steady. The pool was too cold to swim, and the jacuzzi was fair at best.

The property was very conveniently located for our needs. It was also very well maintained and cared for. It was quiet and perfect for what we needed. The pool area was great - a lot of seating, picnic options, restroom, and ice machine all within reach. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My only complaints were the pool towels they supplied were not amazing, and the TVs were not SMART so I could not watch my shows - but the WiFi was great so watched on an Ipad. No real complaints at all, would highly recommend.

The location is great 5 mins from downtown. Very relaxing, we were lucky to check in the day they were having a wine tasting at the pool that was a nice surprise!

Clean, charming ,cozy and the staff is kind. Close to the fair and restaurants. The Jacuzzi was wonderful to relax in. The pool area is so cute. The bathroom has a red light option which is cool. The grounds had flowers and cute animals made out of metal, I just loved all the little extra details to make the property look so welcoming. My husband and I will definitely be back.
