Revised review: good central location, staff were very nice hard working and efficient. Room was clean but needs updating and has a very ‘worn/shabby’ look. They did offer complimentary refreshments and snacks at checkin and had a small amenities area that was appreciated. Breakfast was awful. Worst I’ve ever had anywhere in my travels. Cold eggs with cold weird tough sausage, hot water but no teabags. The only reason for the tea was that the coffee was the worst ever. Threw it all out. The generic waffles were fine with my cup of hot water.😝 It was good enough for a one night stay. Dunkin’ Donuts is nearby.

Cool spot, just getting to your room is a hike..

Many positives aspects to Stamford Suites. It was clean - especially the kitchen and, yes, there is a full kitchen with gas stove, full sized refrigerator (!) and even a small dishwasher. The suite was very roomy. Location in Stamford is great! The staff is very accommodating. I slept extremely well there-bed was quite comfortable. If you are staying for awhile and need storage there are multiple closets! Rooms are bright with natural light - important to me. Yes, the hotel is a bit tired around the edges. The shower faucet was not brilliant. No coffee maker in room. But the positives outweigh the minor inconveniences!

Clean room, AC worked great, bed was comfy. All was just what we needed!
