The staff were very accommodating and kind. Even the owner of the restaurant, Tony greeted each table tat the restaurant personally! However, the hotel is not worth the hefty price tag of minimal $500 a night. Breakfast is beyond Mediocre - with no hot options for food, and not comfortable lounging in the lobby.

Always very pleased with staff, location & rooms

We had a nice stay. Check in was wonderful greeted with Prosecco and accompanied to our room. High tech push button technology. Breakfast was more than I expected for complimentary. We went down to Tony's for dinner which was icing on the cake because we didn't have to leave the hotel. We will be back for sure.

Nice deco but all the state on the art additions were very disappointing and made it unpleasant We were first in a room where the AC wasn’t working and were switched to a very loud room across restaurant, in an area where there was lots of noise on and off all night The curtains in the second room were also not working.

This is a busy place with a lot of activity during the evening and through the night at the restaurants. exciting place to mingle and socialize.

I have stayed at the J House many times and this stay was very disappointing. They put us in a third floor room right next to I 95. There is a barrier wall but it only goes up to the second floor so from the third floor the traffic noise is loud...The front cover to the AC unit popped off and almost hit my foot. Upon checking out we wanted to have lunch and asked the front desk if they could hold our luggage ..He said he could not and we would have to leave it with valet. Valet said they did not know what he was talking about? Valet parked our car under a tree, birds poop everywhere, we had to take our car to the car wash. .. For $325 a night disappointing stay, unfortunately probably will not stay there again.

When we got to the parking lot there was a line for valet. We asked if we can just park since we were leaving soon. They said to drive to the back but there was no parking so we had to drive around a bit. Our room was outside which was a bit confusing and no one helped. The last day there the water was so cold we couldn’t shower properly. Not to sure if I will be staying at this hotel again.
