This is our second time staying at this complex, we adore it. The unit was very clean, we enjoyed the comfy beds and bedding as well as the pool onsite! Communication was great thanks for having us! Reminder to bring all cooking needs including salt and pepper and possibly an extra fryer pan there’s only one medium to large size on sight. We will be back next year!

Beautiful townhome! Very clean, nice linens and a well stocked kitchen. Parksville was fabulous. Kilometres of beach to walk, near by shops and fun activities a short drive away. Andrew was very responsive with any questions and the check in process was very easy. We will definitely be back next summer.

Sunrise Ridge

The property was lovely & well kept. The one thing that we would recommend is to have something in the second bathroom shower on which to put soap & shampoo. As a bar of soap and not body wash was supplied having the shower floor as the only place to put things is less than ideal. Also supplying facecloths would be appreciated.

Unit is modern and new. Lovely decor. Big bedrooms both with ensuites and the master had a water view. I really appreciate the unit being pet friendly. The sofabed did not have decent bedding. A fitted sheet and a thin blanket. No pillows. That could be improved when the unit sleeps six. The owner didn’t respond to a phone call or texts and I would suggest he pay more attention to detail. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great spot

The home is brand new at far end of resort drive. It is bright and spacious! It close to the beach for our senior dog to walk so we loved that. There were all the extra amenities that we didn’t even use but will next time for sure!

Disappointment

I left a bag of family games behind in the unit. (Value: Over $100.00). I contacted the host within 2 hours of departure. I offered to turn around and pick up the bag of games. The Host advised his cleaning staff would hold onto the items. I have tried several times to retrieve the bag of games - all to no avail. It has been over 2 months and I am still not able to pick up or retrieve the bag. It’s unfortunate this was the conclusion of our visit, as my review otherwise would have been glowing.

Parksville stay

Very impressed with this accommodation. New and very clean. Within steps to the beach and the kids loved the hot tub and pool area. Great place to hang out during the evening for the kids to swim and have fun. Location was amazing and the townhome itself was stunning. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking in this area and we will be back For-sure! Property manager was very helpful and accommodating. All around extremely impressed!

Long weekend stay

Over all the property was nice, it was brand new and lots of space for a two bedroom townhouse. But there is major construction going on within the property, building the next phases of townhouse. My estimate they won't be done until Dec 2023. Our view was of a full construction site. One of the mornings a couple guys came to work for half a day. There showed up at 7 am woke us up. Second there is no black out blinds in the bedrooms, so the sun rise woke us up. Third, access to the beach is very challenging, anybody with mobility issues won't be able to get down the steep walk way and then scale down a concrete wall with a 5 foot drop, as well when high tode comes in, it is almost Impossible to get back to access point. We had to go get out car and drive to another resort to load everything. Overall it was an ok stay, but for the price I would have expected more.

Beachside getaway

Clean and fun place. Great location very close to beautiful beaches. The resort is nice and the pool area was well used by our kids. Will be back for sure!
