Stay in an elegant and welcoming apartment, nestled in a noble building steeped in history, in the heart of Paris. The place was fully renovated and exudes a timeless charm. It features high ceilings, and typical Parisian details such as refined moldings and a decorative marble fireplace. With a fully equipped kitchen, 4 separate bedrooms (including one on a mezzanine) and en-suite bathrooms for most bedrooms, it is a comfortable and intimate retreat for a few days in Paris.
The space
The premises have a very unique historical feel, as this apartment used to be the workshop of printer P. Mouillot, one of Victor Hugo's main printers during his lifetime. At the time, the printing machines were sizeable and only fit in the kind of places with high ceilings. Victor Hugo himself must have climbed up the stairs to the apartment to discover his novels being printed.

Important: No elevator in the building - the apartment is accessible through the stairs on the 1st floor.

The apartment includes:

4 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Queensize bed and en-suite private bathroom (walk-in shower, no WC)
- Bedroom 2 with a Queensize bed and en-suite private bathroom (bath, no WC)
- Bedroom 3 with a double bed and en-suite private bathroom (walk-in shower, no WC)
- Bedroom 4 on mezzanine (1m high and no window)
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: convertible sofa bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 8 people and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys by following our instructions with one of our partners, near the apartment
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator)
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
