We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The staff were always friendly with a smile on their face:) The hotel is very clean and tidy. After reading some of the comments we were worried that the classic room might turn out to be too small, but it was actually a pretty decent size. A small suggestion would be to put an additional caddy in the shower area to put your own shower/bath products.

Wonderful, fresh hotel. Perfect central location.

Brilliant, stylish hotel. Accomodated my request for a twin. Lovely touches throughout from a welcome drink, robes and slippers, luxury body wash/lotion, bottle opener and chromecast television. We were on the 2nd floor and had a lovely quiet room and very comfortable beds. Metro lines very conveniently located.

The service was great, the establishment was clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. The only downside was that the chair for the desk was too large for the room and pretty heavy.
