The rooms are small but from experience the twin rooms with bath are much better. Although the rooms are fairly basic the beds are very comfortable and the rooms spotlessly clean with air conditioners. The staff are friendly and helpful and most speak some English. Although a small hotel there is a member of staff on duty all night. The location is very good with the Gare de Lyon station only a few minutes walk away and access to lines 1 and 14 on the metro, whilst being on a pretty quiet residential street. The breakfasts are a fairly basic continental but perfectly adequate.
I stayed here for just one night and I personally did not enjoy the stay although it was a quick trip. The main reason is that the walls here are so thin that you could hear your neighbours clearly. It is also very noisy outside and at night, it is very bright with the lights so that was difficult to handle. The room was really tiny as well. The location was pretty close to the station so that was good but other then that, not so sure
The hotel is agreable, cleaness, clear and nice. But the room 605 is so small, specially the bathroom. It was so difficult for my husband that is a normal man, not a mignon like me... In the box, during the bath, every moment, the changes the temperature key, because it there is not sufficient space...The lift is small too. The breakfast is good but expensive: 10 euros. The internet is so good.
This Hotel was close to the Gare De Lyon, that is why we chose it.The staff were helpful. The rooms small, bed and bathroom. The shower was difficult to get into, the gap of the door quite small to squeeze through and we are average size Europeans. There is a hairdryer in the room and a safe. The breakfast area is small and the food basic European fare. The chairs were un comfortable so we didn't stay and linger over our morning cup of tea/coffee. This is a hotel to be used for an over night stay or some one visiting the city who does not intend to stay long in the room,if you want to relax in a hotel in Paris you will have to spend a lot more money.
Good budget hotel, extremely small room though. A little bit away from all the touristy areas of Paris but close to rail station. Breakfast was just Ok. Fairly quiet location. Friendly staff. On Saturday we found an awesome market near the hotel, worth going to. Laundry around the corner as well.
This hotel is small and has few facilities but is 600m from Gare de Lyon where the metro connects you with the rest of Paris. It's clean comfortable the staff are friendly. The breakfast is basic cold buffet. However if you want somewhere cheap off the beaten track but easily accessible to the sights then this is hotel is perfect for a few day visit.
We stay there in May 2015 just for 2 nights ,as a stop over before visiting friends in south of France ,the rooms were small but clean ,the breakfast was continental which was good too, the staff were very friendly and helpful too ,Very close to the main train station and simple to use the metro too. Will use again
I enjoyed my stay, it is only a short walk to the train station so easy to get around, the staff at the hotel were very helpfull, The breakfast selection was only ok but there is plenty of restaurants near by. The room are clean but very compact.
We stayed during new year eve and is compact, the hotel is slightly smaller if staying for a week. However works perfect for a overnight stay. Staff was helpful and were kind. It's close to subway, excellent for commuting. Discomfort was the bathroom was very colder and heater didn't function few times in the room. Internet connection was very slow.
Reception looks great. Lift to rooms very small. Friendly but not very helpful reception. A lot of unguarded stairways. Very small room for a triple. Third bed not made up on arrival in fact was still stowed under the main bed. Asked for an early morning call as our train left at 6.45am was told to ring later and ask night staff. Not the most helpful. Breakfast not available before 7.00 am so not much good to us. TGV leaves for Italy at 6.45 everyday, go figure. No tea facilities in room. Standard for Paris apparently. Aircon worked fine. Night staff were fine, no early call though. Overpriced from my point of view.
