This is a brilliant flat, and well-managed by management company. The apartment: large and spacious

This is a brilliant flat, and well-managed by management company. The apartment: large and spacious for Paris; comfortable beds; large shower with excellent water pressure and temperature; full kitchen with supplies, making cooking at home easy; excellent access to public transportation, with Metro 5 right outside, and the Bastille stations close by, as well as easy bus access (#86) to the Latin Quarter. Neighborhood is great, with several excellent cafés and bars, Carrefour groceries and an great boulanger just on the corner. Apartment 10/10. Management company: also excellent. Responded quickly and clearly, either in French or English. We had no real problems with the apartment except that the internet failed one day. The management company gave us a portable hotspot in less than 24 hours, and fixed the problem (with the help of the owner, who was also very friendly and helpful) in short order. Again, 10/10.
