It would have been nice if reception mentioned benefits of free membership through ASR since most of our bookings for our France vacation is from Citadines. Citadines Kleber in Strasbourg took their time to explain ASR membership and helped us with registration. Unfortunately, our stay in Paris which was longer could not be applied since it was a past booking prior to new registration.

The hotel is in a perfect locations. The reception staff is helpful and nice. Coffee machines in the lobby are great. Our room was very spacious. We love everything about our stay.

Room was very clean; staff was for the most part very courteous and helpful. Wonderfully welcoming lobby. The lemon water as you walk in was so refreshing. You could make a free café au lait or whatever, each day. Perfect location. Some rooms needed a little TLC (shower, tile in kitchen area). The kitchenette had the cutest little dishwasher I've ever seen. My studio with a queen bed on the 7th floor was great. Ask for a room on the 6th or 7th floor for best satisfaction.

The room itself is clean, bedding, bathroom etc. the rugs are filthy, old and very stained. But the location and employees made our stay nice. Be aware that some rooms face the back service area, and the lights and noise are constant as they go about their business at all times of day and night. If you’re accustomed to city noise you’ll not notice!

Beautiful place. There was some spiderwebs in the room, but for Paris, the room itself was a very good size. Staff was very friendly and nice and the breakfast was very good. 10/10. I would stay here again.

Location is excellent. Staff excellent. All was really good except the room needed repairs. The fridge door does not close properly so is always running and interior light is on. Dishwasher is not installed correctly so the water continuously stops running during cycle. Safe didn’t seem to work, but that could have been me. Also bathroom sink didn’t drain very well. I called about the dishwasher and had the maintenance look at the fridge, but it didn’t help.
