Location is right in the start of the PCB front beach strip with plenty attractions within walking distance. Full size frig with microwave and 2 burners to cook or warm up leftovers. The price is at least 25% less than comparable lodging, probably because it off the beach just by a little.

The room was perfect for my husband and I, kitchenette plenty of storage comfortable bed and a chair. The bathroom was spacious and the tub was perfect for soaking after a day of soaking up sun on the beach. And if that was not enough Jessica and her staff were absolutely amazing. They were friendly helpful and very attentive. They make you feel at home. Not one thing bad about our 10 day stay with them.

The rooms were clean and neat. The staff we dealt with was rude. I try hard to go out of my way to be nice and talkative to the staff. However, they were just rude. One of the staff at the front desk actually asked my disabled, partially blind son, “Are you sure you are staying here?” Hopefully the company will notice these employees actions in the future and correct them.

Everything was good. Missed an oven and everything costed. We drove 16 hours over night and couldn't check in around 11 unless we paid. Couldn't get new stuff like towels or sheets unless we paid. The area didn't seam like a good area once there compared to looking on the map.

Staff is not available. There is sketchy people living in the hotel. The sheets on the beds were not changed, there was dog hair and sand in them. They roll the window down at front desk to not help you. It took me a half hour to find some1 to check in , they have a bell and note to say call this number for help. And when there closed they roll a steal window down. Had no staff to check me out.And there is no coffee or hair dryer. I would have had a better stay in another hotel.

I canceled my reservation 2 days before their timeline required but they STILL charged my bank account for one night. Don't book unless you absolutely plan to stay there. They've created a legal battle. Contacted Expedia and was assured that the pending debit would not go through and that the room has been canceled. It went through. NEVER, EVER book there or through Expedia.
