Disappointed
The first day we were locked out of our room for over an hour, could not get a response from two different emails, left two voicemails (3:00pm - it was during business hours on a weekday) and FINALLY the resort sent a maintenance guy to change the battery in our lock and reset passcode, and 5 days later no response to either email or voicemail. Both couches were broken (attaching pics) could only sit on furthest ends of couches, the hallway rug, living room rug and balcony rug were absolutely disgusting (attaching pics), the ceiling is peeling in living room (attaching pics, the washer lid did not latch so it was incredibly loud (attaching pic and video) had to put something on it to help with noise, the mattresses were hard and not comfortable at all, one of the headboards wasn’t even attached so it was loud with ever move that was made. The elevators went down several times while there and had to carry luggage down 4 flights of stairs to check out - over 1000 guests on property and only 5 elevators made for a mess every time we tried to get on them. Will never stay at this property again and will definitely never rent anywhere from the owners of this condo!!
