Step inside and immediately take in the floor to ceiling windows that provide one of the best views of the gorgeous Gulf. It is the perfect location for basking in the morning sun or marveling at one of PCB's stunning, nightly sunsets. Enjoy the scenery from behind the glass or step out onto our huge private balcony where you can smell the salt air and hear the crashing waves. The pristine, turquoise waters of the Gulf and its famed sugar sand beaches stretch as far as the eye can see.

Within this beautifully decorated condo, a full-sized kitchen has been equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks for your hungry crew. An open concept dining area and living room have ample seating for everyone and a flat screen TV with HD service high-speed Wifi for your entertainment. Your group can dine together at a comfortable table for eight, a large breakfast bar, or seaside on the balcony.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV with HD service, and private bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV with HD service, walk-in closet, double vanity area, and a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. Our heavy-duty, solid pine bunks can accommodate 175 pounds on top and 200 pounds on the bottom. An additional twin roll away can be set up upon request if there is a 7th guest. There is even a full-sized washer and dryer for any laundry needs that you may have while visiting.

Our beach lending closet has been stocked with a variety of beach essentials for our guest use during their stay. Inside you will usually find things like beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, floaties, a beach bag, an insulated tote, a beach blanket, various sand toys, some beach towels, and an abandoned supply of sunscreen. All we ask is that you rinse and dry the items at the outdoor showers before putting them away neatly. Cleaning this area is not part of my housekeeper's job.

This 1,366 square foot, beachfront condo will comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests and provide plenty of space for your loved ones to relax and spread out.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host with proof of ID and a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. (Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.)

When you need a break from the beach, this 8th floor condo is just steps from a lavishly landscaped lagoon pool, full service dining at Oceans restaurant, Starbucks, a sundry/ice cream shop, a children's splash pad, and more. There is also a seasonally-heated pool and hot tub right in front of our tower as well as a clubhouse, fitness center, pickle ball, basketball, tennis, shuffle board, and 9-hole executive golf course just across the resort's private pedestrian bridge. A free resort tram can take you around the property.

Just outside the perimeter of our gated resort is a myriad of walkable restaurants, shops, and entertainment--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House. There 50 different places within a 1-mile radius. A list can be provided upon request.
