Amenities were really nice - it had everything we needed! The host was very accommodating though the no music inside the house seems odd. Outside makes total sense. If you can watch tv then why not listen to music with the doors closed?

The home is lovely and has a wonderful mid-century vibe. The kitchen had all necessary items to make dinner. It was missing a blender, but the management company delivered it quickly and was kind enough to also bring us some pastries. The beds were comfortable as well as the sofas. The backyard was wonderful with a very large and deep pool. The patio furniture was great with plenty of lounge chairs and fun coordinating cushions. The pool was heated but it could be 1 or 2 degrees warmer in cloudy, winter weather. We loved the record player and old albums. We joked we had an "analog" weekend. Do note that there is no garage parking. Not an issue in the winter but cars will get toasty in the summer. All and all it was a wonderful experience and we would be happy to stay there again during our next sister's weekend.

Cant fault Poolside Vacations for being great "hosts" and when issues arose, for sorting them so quickly. This house looked amazing in the photos and the kitchen and lounge really are as lovely as they look, but the bathrooms are tired, really small and badly designed. There's no outside shower, so you have to go through the kitchen to the smallest bathroom to merely shower off the pool. The beds aren't very comfortable, but would appreciate the TVs in all bedrooms if there are the full guest allocation. The outdoor sofas are aesthetically pleasing, though the sunbeds aren't comfortable. The pool is very clean, the pool guy does a brilliant job keeping it so, but the surrounding area of the pool is tired, lots of cracks, staining, the electrical boxes etc are all exposed and just detracts from what could be a glorious outside area. I'm comparing this to other PS house rentals we've had for the same price. The bath towels provided were really poor quality, but the pool towels were great. It kinda sums up the house. Money spent in some areas, others neglected. I'd rather have soft white towels instead of grey thin towels than the money spent on say all the Smeg kitchen goods. It's like a split personality. If you're staying for a few days you might not care, but we stayed two weeks and after the first week you really felt it.

This beautiful mid-century home in Palm Springs is one of the best vacation rentals we've had. The backyard pool area is next level, and we spent quite a bit of time there. The place is spotless and very well appointed. The management company was extremely responsive and left us treats on two occasions!
