The rental was exactly as described online. Spacious, clean, lots of room, easy check in, comfortable. We didn’t use the pool or spa…only because it was too cold and I didn’t want to pay to have it heated. It looked very nice and inviting. Maybe next time! Yes! I’d rent the house again. Made lots of fun memories on a short weekend with family.

Family vacation

This property is absolutely beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice. It was absolutely perfect for our annual family vacation. Everyone really enjoyed their time here. Beautiful Mountain View’s. House is centrally located and close to everything you need. Our dogs loved the yard! We will definitely stay here again!

Palm Springs Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our experience at this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more. Working with the management group was very easy and pleasant. It is a great location, just a quick drive to downtown Palm Springs. We highly recommend this home if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and pleasant getaway.

Loved the large kitchen! Had plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. (needs a larger cutting board) The back yard pool, hot tub, grill were great to have. The bathrooms were modern and showers were strong. The place was immaculate. Whenever I had a question or need, Avant Stay was readily available and helpful. Only issue were the pillows on the beds. Very flat and cheap. I would rent it again.

Just what we were looking for

The house was modern with clean lines. A no fuss place which is just what we were looking for. And when I decided to host a small dinner party and realized I was missing some cooking essentials, I called our local AvantStay contact and they delivered them the next day. That’s an A in my book.

2023 Spring stay

Overall the property was fine but the cost to heat the pool quoted at $150/day for 28 days was so absurd we didn’t hear the pool and, as a result, the stay was a disappointment. We have rented at this time of year before through OranjPalm and paid $1000-1500/month for pool heating.

The home was very very clean & inviting. On arrival & we were greeted with music playing in the house, yummy gourmet popcorn & a Champagne bottle! We enjoyed our stay!

Very Clean

It was updated, clean and located near restaurants. Wish we had known that heating the pool was going to cost $468 more. Somehow we missed that. Great communications with the staff. Overall it was a nice stay.

Wonderful Home

This house was perfect get away for a ladies long weekend! We relaxed by the pool and had easy access to shopping and some amazing restaurants. Only small miss was all the sleeping pillows were low quality…definitely need to be upgraded but other then that this house was very clean and I highly recommend it!

Nice Property Overall

Great location and beautiful home. Nicely remodeled with great amenities. Trash bags with dirty linens from previous guests left in closets and the comforter in one of the bedrooms had some visible stains that were kinda gross. Probably needs to be replaced as it definitely impacted our stay and the kids ended up sharing a bed in the other room. Very nice property overall.
