Spacious and great for family
We were looking for a place for two parents and two teens - to give everyone enough privacy but enough space that we didn't have to be in each other's way. This property is FANTASTIC and it met all our needs. If you're looking for a luxury or a fancy BIG resort, this is not your place. It's not a "scene" and there's no restaurant or bar attached. So if that's what you're looking for, this isn't that. BUT. If you're looking for a spacious, clean, QUIET place where you're well taken care of when you have any needs, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Also - the kitchen was well appointed, grocery shopping is very close (within walking distance - a real grocery store, not a convenience store, and making breakfast / lunch every day was easy. The communication from management is excellent, the grounds are super clean, and the beds were VERY comfy. There are two pools, two jacuzzi/hot tubs, a tennis court, a little putting green, free parking, and this place is SO CLOSE to everything. I loved it here and if I ever return to Palm Springs, this is where we'll stay!
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Property is very clean but the condo furnishings were quite data - 1980's hotel stuff. Bed comfortable and amenities adequate.
It is very spacious, quiet and clean.
We thought the Vista Mirage was wonderful and would go back again. There was always a work crew member saying “hello” and “let me know if you need anything “. Everything was so clean and the grounds are beautiful.

if you are looking forward to a relaxing vacation in Palm Springs this is the place… Vista Mirage Resort by far has been one of the best places I’ve stayed in Palm Springs… it’s a must! Happy vacations!
The room we stayed in was newly remodeled. Very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Property has two pools, tennis courts, game room, bbq and more. We will be going back.
Both the property and room were immaculate! The staff member, Bre, was absolutely amazing providing superior customer service.
All the staff on duty at the resort were wonderful and made our stay extra special.
The pools and hot tubs are kept exceptionally clean. Grounds are well groomed. Kitchen well equipped and rooms nice size. Staff that I encountered were all friendly, helpful and professional. Only suggestion would be updating the bathrooms and putting lounge chairs on the sun porches. Overall a great stay for my mom's birthday.
Lots of space, everything needed was provided for preparing meals and comfortable living. Close to Ralph's market. Pool had flotation devices to borrow.
We love this place! Fourth year in a row! Clean, comfortable and central’s located. You cannot beat it. The suites are small condos with plenary of room for the entire family to be comfortable. I almost hate giving a good review because I want to keep it our little gem in the desert!

This is a great location! The unit was clean, well appointed and quiet. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. This is a real value!
I could not recommend this hotel. Too many things did not work, the garburator did not work, the stopper in the bathtub did not work. When taking a shower, the temperature was not constant, it would go from good to too hot, then too cold and back to good. Also the design of the building did not allow for viewing the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains to the west of the property, sad. I will say, the staff was very helpful. And that was very nice.
This is a great hotel - more like condos than hotel rooms. Our room was 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a large living/dining room and separate kitchen. Great light, well furnished, very clean and fresh and updated. Two private patios. The pool areas are very nice and clean - surrounded by lime, lemon and grapefruit trees. The lobby, which serves free coffee in the morning, is locked until 8 am - it would be nice if they'd open at 6:30 or 7 am.
