The front desk agent was very friendly, that’s the best thing I can say about this stay. The room was cleanish, but it clearly needs to be PM’d. The fan worked, but the heat didn’t. The bedding was SUPER THIN and with the heating not working, I ended up wearing my street clothes to bed so I could sleep. The shower head was about 6” shorter than I am (I’m 5’10”) so I had to squat in the shower to rinse off. I used my Expedia “cash” to help pay for the room, and now I’m low-key pissed that I wasted it. It was a very disappointing experience.
