As a guest during the last few days of the year others were disrupting and it was very uncomfortable although staff attempted to compensate with free breakfast, you can never get your rest back. Started off with dirty sheets and changing rooms after midnight. Probably won’t stay here again.

The hotel looked decent online. Our first room was so loud (hotel is next to highway) also very Smokey smell in room, as well as strong pot smell when outside on balcony. Hot tub was also out of order. Pool chairs were disgusting, dirty and stained. I would not even sit on them. Restaurant/bar did not open until 4pm. The only good part of breakfast buffet was the staff. Needless to say I would not recommend. Very disappointed. Hilton’s are usually great.

The staff was excellent and common areas were very nice. Having the bar and kitchen open after 8:00 p.m. on Christmas Night when we arrived was greatly appreciated. Food was very good. The rooms were clean but dated. Water pressure in the sink was very low. But the shower pressure was really good. Had to pay $18 a day for parking and it was not valet or even in a garage.

Check in was smooth and they were able to give me a room early! I had booked another hotel in a “sketchy” area and they told me to come back at 4, so I booked Double Tree and was so grateful. The first room we checked into smelled of mold- but the staff made it easy to switch rooms. The WiFi didn’t reach out room- which was a bummer. But it was convenient to where we needed to be, and liked that there is a publix right across the street.
