A really nice b&b at a pedestrian street close to everything. We stayed in a large, clean and well maintained room. The breakfast was good, with great coffee. The owner, Marco, and staff were very friendly and super helpful. Highly recommended!

We only had one night at the hotel but Marco, the owner, could not do enough to make us feel welcome. He is obviously very proud of his business and of Palermo itself and ensured that we had everything we needed. The property is on a pedestrianised street and is a perfect location for walking the streets and sights of Palermo. On leaving we had unknowingly left some of our property in the room but Marco quickly phoned to say that he had found it. Overall an excellent service.

Couldn’t have picked a better place!!

Our room was very spacious, clean and practical. It was centrally located within walking distance to many attractions. The breakfast was very good with an assortment of fruits, yoghurts, croissants and amazing cappuccino! The owner, Mario was very sweet and obliging. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone on a budget. There is great value here.

Had some difficulty in finding the unit, but was good enough to stay one night. The owner/manager was very kind and communicable. Good access to most of the attractions of the area.

great location

This bnb is in a great location to see the sights in Palermo. You can walk everywhere and lots of restaurants around. A 5 minute walk to the airport bus. It’s just past the end of the old town which can be a bit grotty. It’s quiet and on a pedestrian street. Nice staff, nice breakfast and very clean.

Marco the owner, did everything possible to make our stay perfect. His breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day. Marco provided us with the best places to eat from pizza, to gelato, to fine dining. The accommodations are very comfortable. The location is the best. Marco makes it special. This was our second time here and it won't be our last.

A great stay

This was one of my better hotel stays on a two month trip through Europe. I loved the location of this property - on a popular pedestrian lane that intersects with a main street that leads directly into the Centro Storico. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff attentive.

Area was amazing. Close to everything. The host Marco was fantastic! He points out great places to see and has some great restaurant recommendations. The only fault was that the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, but who knows what the beds in the other rooms were like. Bed aside, I would definitely recommend staying here.
