Entire detached house very comfortable and bright located on the ground floor, equipped with an outdoor area with a tub of cold water to relax on hot days. New structure, completely renovated in Mediterranean style, it is equipped with every comfort: kitchenette, wardrobe, bathroom with open shower, shaded outdoor area, double bed, single sofa bed, air cond. and washing machine. The house is located outside the ZTL area but still in the city center, public transport at your fingertips and is a 15-minute walk from Piazza Politeama and 20 minutes from the Massimo theater. The Cantieri Culturali alla Ziza, the Ziza Castle, Villino Florio and Villa Malfitano are in the immediate vicinity about 10 minutes on foot. The convenience of having the Lolli Metro Station 15 minutes away on foot to reach various points of the city.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. We traveled 35 hours from the USA to discover upon arrival that the location was in a ghetto, no safe parking- I almost got hit by a car when accessing the property- or any parking. There was an unpleasant odor in the apartment and a dog barking continuously. The advertisement states you can walk to places nearby, but failed to mention you do so at your own risk. It also failed to mention the streets are too small for a midsize car, which we rented unknowingly. We determined we needed to find another place to stay, so we left before staying one night. The property owners would not refund our money, nor respond to our email.
