Ruslan was very responsive & helpful There is 3 flights of stairs to the entrance then 3 inside the apartment to the beautiful upstairs area A great property for 6 adults with a wonderful terrace from the separate upstairs bedroom, kitchen & bathroom An easy walk to a lovely part of Palermo with heaps of bars restaurant’s & buskers

False advertising- parking was supposed to be free, must bring your own toilet paper???!, couldn’t access the balcony, broken shower door, water leaking everywhere, no extra towels, toilet leaking water, unresponsive host… unfortunately we had a rough stay.
