Great experience all around. Would definitely stay here again. Train tracks are right behind it. I was concerned about that. The staff assured us that it runs twice a day. Never during the night. They were correct. When the train came through, you could hardly hear it.
Our little service dog had to check it out. The hotel is Mr Peanut approved!!!!

I appreciated the upgrade to a room with a couch. The gym was okay. The treadmill worked well. But there was no A/C or working tv. The room was kept clean, but the carpeting was frayed. Not sure that this would have worked for a physically disabled person.

We had an “accessible” room. I guess I didn’t know this meant the beds had no frame and were very close to the floor. Which was confusing since the shower was inside a tub that you still had to step over. I would think if you had one, you would have the other. The breakfast area was very nice, but some of the equipment needs to be replaced and/or upgraded.

Fair pricing. We were pleasantly surprised after reading some of the negative comments, and we had no complaints. Our room was clean and quiet. Nice towels. Pool pleasantly warm, hot tub. Good breakfast. Only downside was the queen bed not quite as comfortable as I’d like- it needed a pillow toppervv

This hotel was close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. It was easy to find and conveniently close to different types of shopping and eating establishments. Parking was perfect as well

The hotel was average, and the staff were friendly. I was more disappointed in Travelocity listing a property that was not on my way. I searched for a hotel on I-24 “around Chattanooga” and you listed in property in Paducah, Kentucky. I tried to call Travelocity and change the reservation, but your phone system kept asking me for the reservation number and wouldn’t let me talk to an agent so I hung up.
