room was missing the remote for the TV, the air-conditioning is kept up at a high temperature and so the room was muggy when I arrived and the sheets and pillows are moldy smelling, and the paint is peeling from the shower ceiling

Elevator broken

The elevator was out and had been for over a week. Fortunately there was one room left on ground floor and was able to a 2nd floor for other room. Not ideal when you have people with difficulty walking. The first floor room smelled strongly of mildew. It was all ok but not what I’m used to when traveling The shower over tub was fine. The room looked clean and the 2nd floor bed was comfortable. Nice having coffee and tea available in lobby. Breakfast was good.
