Undergoing some renovation, but courteous personnel, very luxurious beds, and a decent continental breakfast that included scrambled eggs.
We had a second reservation at this hotel and cancelled it right away. Dirty, falling apart, mold on ceilings, door did not close, holes everywhere, sticky carpet, etc., etc.
Room was not ready when we checked had to wait.Tank lid on toilet was broken. Bathroom door had a hole in it.Carpet in the room was dirty. Will not stay there again and will tell family and friends to stay away.
It was great. Very clean and staff was very helpful. I would stay there again.
Staff was very nice the first day. Then we started looking around our room, dead bugs in the sheets, burn holes in the bedspread. Walked down to the pool and there was miss growing in the pool and on the pool deck. We almost called the local health department it was so bad. We ended up leaving a night early so we didn't have to stay in the filth another night. When we turned in the keys the owner was very mad, since I told him hotel was disgusting!!
The room was very nice and clean. The people at the desk were kind and helpful. We felt welcome.

The staff was great, even when we arrived very late at night! The room was clean and comfortable. Smoke-free was exactly that! I will go back!
