Went for a one night stay while traveling. Booked online. When we got there she couldn't find our reservations then after she did she informed us someone had already checked into our room. (Which wasn’t us) After a short while they put us in another room. The lady working the front desk was not so excited to be at work that night. Not a friendly attitude at all. Had to do cold showers due to their hot water heater not working. Room smelled like smoke and mildew.

Clean enough, full hot breakfast. Large rooms with ceiling fans. Beds comfortable. There was no hot water during our stay due to nearby construction we were told. We had to take cold showers. That was the only problem.

Overall our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the attendant was super helpful. I just wish the receptionist was less distracted.

Sweet people but could be cleaner

We stayed at this place last year and it was so nice. Very clean, looked great, smelled great. When we had the opportunity to come this way again, I naturally booked this hotel due to the great experience we had last time. However, the hotel has not been kept up. When we walked into our room, it had just been cleaned and smelled fresh. However, it was a a surface clean. When the smell wore off, it was musty. The shower head had black goop on it, the carpets were stained and the bedding was dingy. The hallways smelled musty as well. The pool area was not clean and there was a dead roach by the dirty lounge chairs. The lobby was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was good except for the lack of milk for the cereal on Sunday. The receptionist and breakfast ladies were sweet and helpful. It’s just a shame that a hotel that nice has not been kept up to its glory. There are a lot of people that stay in this hotel and it needs a good scrubbing.

Bedding was dirty..hair in the bed. Room not vacuumed. Shower needed cleaned better. Had to come get more towels instead of them bringing them to us. No pool towels. Pool was dirty. Key didn’t work to get into the pool room. Elevator sounded like it would brake.

Leaking drain

The room we reserved, the drain at the bathroom sink had a sever leak and someine had put a trash can ti catch the water. We were given another room that was smaller.

Only thing that was the way it should have been was the curtain was not hooked at the top so it looked awful when you walked in the room. I had to fix them do I could close the curtains.
